Edna Laurente Faral: Manong Mel, I kept this not only physically but here in my heart. Thanks for introducing, teaching & guiding us into the world of haiku. Thank you, too, for making into reality and help us published our poems. I get hold of two books now where I can show my next of kin. Thank you for including me in the book "The 32 Best Aklanon Poets" even putting one of my haiku in the cover. I am humbled of what I did. Thank you for being my mentor. You are always in my prayers.
